Although our delivery drivers would love to meet and greet all our lovely members, they know that you have better things to do than sit in all day for the arrival of your box.
To ensure your box is left in the best place possible to protect its contents from the weather and any curious animals, please let us know your preferred spot to leave it in the Order Notes section of your Farmgate account. Although our drivers will always try their best to suss the best spot, they can't be sure that the sun won't swing by the time you get home.
You can update any delivery changes up to 24 hours prior to the day of your delivery.
You should also receive an SMS the night before your delivery day with your tracking number and EDT, so you can keep on eye on where your driver is should you wish to race them home.
