Last Minute Delivery Changes

Hmmm, this can be challenging for us!

Because we route your deliveries in advance, we need a 24 hour heads up prior to the day of your delivery for any changes to delivery instructions.

We understand that life can get in the way, so if you send us a delivery change with less warning time than this, we will do our best to accommodate your change but can't make any guarantees as our route planning is already set.

Our office hours are 9am-3pm, Tuesday to Friday, so be sure to let us know in this period, otherwise we are unlikely to spot your request until the following week!
