I have Broken or Damaged items, what can I do?

While we do our very, very best to maintain the highest quality of produce, best packing practices and ensure our delivery drivers know they're dealing with precious cargo, we know that mistakes (and cyclones) can happen.

We also know that the last thing you want is a sad bunch of bananas sitting in your fruit bowl.

This is why we offer our Tribe Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you're unhappy with any items in your delivery, simply send us a photo to family@mco.farm and we'll happily provide you with a $5 credit per type of item you are unsatisfied with.

Simple as that.

Note: This credit is generally applied on Tuesday before 5 pm.
